An apparatus of detecting a locked state of an aircraft landing gear is provided to constantly monitor a locking state of a locking device to improve the stability of aircrafts, vehicles and instrument including the locking device. A locking state detecting apparatus includes a hook(110) having a concave part(120), a pin engaged with the concave part, an elastic body(310) located in the concave part of the hook, a conductor(320) located on the elastic body and being in contact with the pin in a locked state, and a wiring means for detecting a contact signal representing the contact of the conductor and the pin.
