A PLANT RECOMBINANT HUMAN CTLA4IG AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A recombinant vector pBI-3D-hGalT is provided to mass produce prhCTLA4Ig fusion protein having imuno-suppressing activity equivalent to hCTLA4Ig fusion protein revealed in preexistence zooblast to cheap cost using plant expression system. A recombinant vector pBI-3D-hGalT includes human beta 1,4-galactosyltransferase enzyme gene and has nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 1. Plant cells include a human CTLA4-immunoglobulin(cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 4-Immunoglobulin : CTLA4Ig) fusion protein and are transformed to a recombinant vector pMYN414 and the recombinant vector pBI-3D-hGalT.
