CO-CULTURE METHOD OF SKIN CELLS AND CELL THERAPY COMPOSITION USING THE SAME

A skin cell co-culturing method is provided to mix and cultivate two or more skin cells separated from a minimum donor site in one culture medium. A skin cell co-culturing method comprises steps of: mixing and cultivating separated epidermal cell, melanocyte, fibroblast and blood vessel endothelial cell in invitrogen medium; separating cells from one donor site; separating the epidermal cell and the melanocyte from epidermal layer of the donor site and the fibroblast and the blood vessel endothelial cell from dermal layer of the donor site. The skin cell is mixed and cultivated by exchange of substance between the cells without cytokine or growth factors when is cultivated in invitrogen medium.
