An electric trace tool for a ceiling is provided to improve work efficiency by setting up a wire between lamp holes with one wiring work. A main body member(10) comprises a flat bottom portion(11), a groove part on a guide(12), a tip-end stopper member(13), a back-end stopper member(13') and a length measuring part(14). Each penetration hole(13a) is formed in the tip-end stopper member and the back-end stopper member. The penetration hole corresponds to the groove part on guide. Number and scale are printed on the length measuring part. A handle part(21) is formed in the back-end of the rod(20). The rod is installed at the groove part on guide through the penetration hole of the back-end stopper member. The rod moves to a longitudinal direction. A chains member(30) is fixed to the tip-end part of the rod. The chains member moves to a longitudinal direction. The weight member(40) is fixed to the tip-end part of the chains member. The weight member has a wire fastener. The wire fastener is connected in the screw hole in order to fix the wire. A rod fastener(50) is connected in the screw hole of the back-end stopper member. The rod fastener fixes the rod. |
