A functional surface product having a hybrid nano-pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to watch contents of images shown through an instrument by reflecting irregularly external light. A functional surface product having a hybrid nano-pattern includes a transparent front panel(10) to transmit light for images emitted from a main body(1) of an instrument. The front panel includes an inner surface for receiving the light emitted from the main body of the instrument. An outer surface of the front panel includes a nano-pattern surface(11) having nano-patterns in order to emit the light to a front side. The front panel is formed with a transparent material. The surface of the front panel is formed with the nano-pattern surface.
