Disclosed is the use of 2-amino-2H-quinazoline derivatives of the general chemical formula I wherein the substituents are disclosed within the specification, as well as their pharmaceutically compatible salts, for producing therapeutic agents for the treatment of myeloproliferative diseases and for bronchodilation in mammals.
