Improvements in pull tab containers

A container is disclosed. The container 1 includes a lid having first and second breachable portions. The first breachable portion 3 is capable of being breached to allow the contents of the container to flow through it. The second breachable portion 4 is separate from the first, and is breachable to allow at least partial depressurisation of the container. An opening member 8 is attached to a container lid 2 and has a first end 8a for impinging on the first breachable portion to breach it. A second end 8b of the opening member includes a protrusion 10 capable of impinging on and breaching the second breachable portion on the lid. This equalises the pressure between the container contents and the external environment.
