The invention relates to medicine, particularly surgery and can be used for plasty of cervical part of trachea with stenosis after closure of tracheostomes. The autograft for tracheoplasty with stenosis is prepared from rib and comprises a stria of periosteum with a portion of bone with all layers in the form of a rhomb placed in the center of the stria. The method for tracheoplasty with stenosis consists in that the patient is intubated with the endotracheal tube up to the stenotic portion, it is excised the stenotic portion in the form of rhomb in a zone of 1à2 tracheal rings, then the endotracheal tube is introduced below the wound and it is inflated its air ball, it is prepared the above-mentioned autograft, namely with the bone portion in the form of rhomb of identical dimensions with the excised stenotic portion, the bone portion of the autograft is introduced into the trachea wound and is sutured, and the stria of periosteum is applied on the outside around the trachea and is sutured.
