Disclosed is a compound of Formula (I) wherein R4 is selected from the group consisting of (CF3)n alkyl, (CF3)n(substitutedalkyl), (CF3)nalkylphenyl, (CF3)nalkyl(substitutedphenyl), and (F)ncycloalkyl; and the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the above compound in the preparation of a medicament for inhibiting beta amyloid production in a subject.
