Disclosed is a solid pharmaceutical composition suitable for oral administration, comprising: a) a S1P receptor agonist; and b) a sugar alcohol, wherein the S1P receptor agonist is selected from a compound of formula I wherein the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the above composition for the preparation of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of organ or tissue transplant rejection, graft versus host disease, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, viral myocarditis or viral diseases caused by viral myocarditis.
