Disclosed is a synergistically heat stable triglyceride and cholesterol controlling dietry edible cooking oil composition comprising up to 30% by wt. of at least one oil source having at least one of Eicosa Pentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosa Hexaenoic Acid (DHA), said Eicosa Pentaenoic Acid and Docosa Hexaenoic Acid being of at least 50% to less than 100% purity that is free of any encapsulated or protected form in combination with synergistically stability contributing edible cooking oil having constituents/ ingredients comprising Saturated fatty acids (SFA), Mono unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). |
