An axle/suspension system for the trailer of a tractor-trailer vehicle combination includes a device for levelling the trailer floor. A pair of suspension assemblies of the system is pivotally mounted to brackets depending from the trailer frame. A bolt passes through aligned openings (44) in the sidewalls (18, 19) of the bracket, and through a beam of the suspension assembly. The openings are vertically elongated, and means are provided for vertically moving the bolt in the openings to selectively adjust the vertical alignment of each suspension assembly so that the trailer floor can be horizontally adjusted.
