The invention refers to medicine, particularly cosmetology and can be used for carrying out the facial cosmetic massage. The claimed method includes execution of several stroking movements of face and neck with the help of all fingers in order to determine the zones with contracted muscles or zones with excessive adipose depositions, then with all fingers there are made consecutive pinchings towards the direction from top to bottom, from the center of face to the anterolateral regions of face, then rubbing movements with the finger-pads of said zones by stretching the facial skin from top to bottom from the center of face towards the temporal and parietal regions of head, and in the zones with excessive adipose depositions there are made additionally pressing movements with the finger-pads by stretching the facial skin from top to bottom from the center of face towards the anterolateral regions of face, then towards the temporal and parietal regions of head. Each procedure is repeated 3...5 times, during 10...20 min, during 9...36 days.
