A reinforcing bar connector is provided to connect a reinforcing bar and a reinforcing bar strongly, and to improve work efficiency and to shorten the time required for work by connecting easily and performing work easily regardless of worker's skillfulness. A reinforcing bar connector, for arranging a pair of deformed bars having a joint and a rib coaxially and connecting to each other, comprises first and second couplers(10,20) coupled to face each other by covering up ends of a pair of the deformed bars, and a fastening unit(30) tightening two ends of the first and second couplers to make the ends of a pair of the deformed bars coupled with each other by the first and second couplers. The first and second coupler have the semicircular cross-sectional shape to be corresponded to the outer circumference of the deformed bar and contains a joint groove(21) on the inner circumference to be corresponded to the joint of the deformed bar.
