A heat exchanger is provided that the heating surface area is increased and the thermal efficiency is improved. A heat exchanger comprises as follows. Two sides(320,330) which is adjacent among four side of each heating plate of top and bottom is comprised the combining surface in which top and bottom are combined and which is closed. Sides(340,350) of the other two of the heating plate are comprised the opened opening surface. The fluid of the high temperature and fluid of the low temperature form counter-flow.
