An ODT(On Die Termination) circuit is provided to improve accuracy of correction by limiting difference of ODT resistance value into value within a specified range. A hybrid resistance circuit(110) comprises a first resistance part and a second resistance part. At least two or more resistance variable modes are applied to the resistance part. The resistance part is selected by a control code. The hybrid resistance circuit makes an ODT resistance value. A control circuit(120) compares the ODT resistance value with a reference resistance value, and provides a plurality of control codes in order to limit the ODT resistance value in correction range. The first resistance part makes an ODT resistance value of 7th step larger than a target resistance. The second resistance part makes the target resistance and an ODT resistance value of 7th step smaller than a target resistance.
