<p>A semiconductor device is provided to reduce power consumption by supplying a voltage regardless of time degradation to a circuit block. A semiconductor device(1) comprises a voltage control target block(4), a power controller(2), a power supply(3), and an error detector. The voltage control target block outputs error detection signals(13) according to a plurality of voltages supplied from the power supply. The power controller indicates to the power supply in order to output one among a plurality of voltages, and determines a voltage control target block voltage based on the error detection signals. The voltage control target block voltage is supplied to the voltage control target block. The error detector determines operation of the voltage control target block based on the error detection signals. The power supply outputs one among a plurality of voltages in response to a power control signal(11) supplied from the power controller. The voltage control target block outputs the error detection signal to the error detector in response to a voltage supplied from the power supply.</p> |
