A management server(100) comprises the voice database in which the voice of the specific person is stored in the form of audio data. A moving picture database is stored in the form of audio data and video data. A time management part manages alarm setting time. The command information of user is input from the mobile apparatus or the external terminal and interface performs input-output so that audio data or the video contents is provided to the mobile apparatus. A controller is transmitted the command information of user from interface.
