A food garbage disposal apparatus is provided to be installed without being restricted by places including a sink inside because a garbage inlet is rotated freely. A food garbage disposal apparatus comprises a housing(100), a garbage inlet(200), a water detector and sensor, a drain, a mixing drum, a controller(150). The housing has a storage space inside. The garbage inlet has a connecting port and an exhaust door. The connecting port is installed in upper part of the housing in order to be connected to the storage space. The exhaust door is positioned at a lower part of the connecting port and automatically is opened and closed. A water detecting sensor is arranged in upper part of the exhaust door and detects water in inputted food waste. The drain is connected to the housing. The mixing drum is formed inside a storage space and loads and agitates the moisture removing food waste dropped down through the exhaust door. The controller controls opening and shutting of the exhaust door according to signal of the water detecting sensor. |
