A message transfer system and a method thereof are provided to offer a messaging service between a zone based personalized service enabled module and a mobile communication terminal. A terminal(10) for the local area wireless communications receives the beacon signal transmitted from the ZI(20). An identifying information of the ZI(Zone Identifier) included in the received beacon signal is extracted. The identifying information and its own identifying information of extracted ZI are united and the location information is produced. The generated location information is periodically transmitted with the gateway(30) through ZI. According to the key input unit is the key input for the emergency call from user, the event signal corresponding to that is generated and it delivers to the controller. The sound output unit outputs the text message acknowledgement signal the controller. The display unit displays the text message the controller. As the zigbee module is the local area wireless communications signal processing unit, the zigbee signal processing is performed between the controller and zigbee signal transceiver part.
