The valve (10) has a plate (14) covering an opening (11) and integrated to a concrete horizontal bottom (12) of a reservoir. A flexible membrane (24) is placed on the plate in a closed position and closes communication orifices (27) of the plate. The membrane is deformed when the hydrostatic pressure of a natural medium (13) is greater than that of content of the tank. The plate has a central part (16) projected from a base (15) and connected to the base by a lateral wall (17). The wall is perpendicular to the base. The orifices are formed between opposite surfaces of the lateral wall.
