The panel has a side board (11), lower board (12) and a paper honey comb core (13) arranged between the boards (11, 12). Inner linings (153) are positioned between the boards plating periphery of the core. A band for an edge (14) surrounds edges of the boards and joins the lining on the core. The boards are fabricated from melamine resin boards or non-inflammable board. The linings are constituted by tubes of extruded profile and parts injected with plastic material.
