A disposable filter bag and a vacuum cleaner using the same are provided to keep an upper main body mounted with a motor clean by collecting fine dust and any other impurities by the filter bag and a high performance filter element. A dust bag(110) is formed with a hole(111) for collecting dust and impurities inhaled together with air. A dust bag mounting plate(120) is formed with a through-hole(121) in the center and positioned outside the hole of the dust bag to be fitted in a coupling part in a dust collecting case. An inlet guide(130) is positioned in the hole of the dust bag and has an opening(131) fixed in the dust bag and the dust bag mounting plate. A rubber gasket(140) is fitted in the through-hole and formed with cut holes(141) connected to the opening.
