A water tank having a HEPA filter is provided to block efficiently minute dust, all kinds of molds, bacteria and all kinds of the allergenicities material etc. from being flown into a water tank. A water tank(100) having a HEPA filter is used for a water-cleaner and comprises a purified water inlet port(112), a purified water outlet(122), an air outflow entrance(111), the HEPA filter(300). The purified water inlet port flows purified water into the water tank. The purified water outlet ejects purified water flown in. The air outflow entrance regularly maintains an inner pressure of the water tank in order to flow in and flow out purified water. The HEPA filter is installed in the air outflow entrance. The water tank in which the HEPA filter is mounted blocks contaminants included in the air flown in by the HEPA filter through the air outflow entrance from being flown into inner part of a reservoir tank.
