La présente invention concerne un système à libération contrôlée d'un principe actif comportant au moins (a) une matrice polymère dégradable génératrice de composés acides et (b) au moins un complexe acido-sensible entre un principe actif doté d'au moins une charge électrostatique et un partenaire polyélectrolyte complexant le principe actif, de charge opposée. Elle concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un tel système. La libération du principe actif (7P) est prolongée sur 18 jours (système ternaire PMLA/7P/PLAGA) par rapport aux systèmes binaires (7P/PLAGA) et (PMLA/7P). |
