A high power X-ray generator is provided to remove cooling hose which causes heat loss by integrally installing a chiller on a side of the X-ray generator housing. A high power X-ray generator comprises insulating oil(211) cooling the heat generated in an X-ray generator(220) and insulates electricity, and a chiller(240) mounted on one side of a housing(210) into one body in order to cool the insulating oil. The chiller includes an insulating oil transfer pipe(241), a cooling fin(242) formed in a part of the transfer pipe, a cooling fan(243) cooling the cooling fin, and a pump(244) inducing the insulating oil from one side to the other side of the housing. |
