An apparatus of manufacturing instant noodle is provided to prepare a plurality of instant noodles rapidly by selecting gelatinized noodle or instant fried noodle according to the consumer tastes. An apparatus of manufacturing instant noodle comprises a noodle making part(100) which forms the noodle(2) from the dough(1) and a steaming part. The noodle making part comprises a rolling mill(120) and transporter(130). The rolling mill forms noodles by rolling the dough along the first direction. The transporter transfers the noodles to the steaming part along the second direction and is installed with at least one partition(135). The partition is arranged to be separated in at least one area classified with noodle. |
