A flying type resin dispensing method and a flying type resin dispensing apparatus are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by inspecting and photographing the material of a boat array by a flying method through one CCD camera. Whether a boat moving along a transfer line exists in a work area or not is confirmed(S3). Whether the material exists in the boat array or not is confirmed(S4). A pattern program for dispensing is determined(S5). The resin is dispensed in the material of the boat array(S6). The state of the material finished with the resin dispensing is inspected(S7). A CCD camera is driven by a motion trigger of a trigger interface board receiving the feedback of the material location of the boat array. An LED radiates by the control of the strobe LED controller receiving the strobe signal of the trigger interface board.
