A cover coupled type pre-heater for vehicle is provided to prevent the deformation of the top and bottom covers by forming reinforcement grooves along the bottom edge of the top cover. A cover coupled type pre-heater for vehicle comprises (+) terminal and (-) terminal extended in the longitudinal direction, a heat fin assembly(200) positioned between the (+) terminal and (-) terminal, a PTC element contacting the heat fin assembly, and a cover consisting of top and bottom covers(720) in which a plurality of vent holes are formed on the surface into the width direction. A rib is formed between the vent holes of the top and bottom covers in order to cover the terminal between the adjacent heat fin assemblies. A plurality of reinforcement recesses are formed along both sides of the bottom surface of the top cover.
