A method and a system for processing order and payment easily on home network without receiving any information from a user are provided to enable the user to perform the order and the payment easily at home by transmitting user ID information and order information to a U(Ubiquitous)-payment server through a home terminal, which is connected to the U-payment server through the home network. A home terminal(100) stores user ID information and generates order information based on information of selected goods of a member shop. A member shop server(300) stores member shop ID information and processes the order information. A U-payment server(200) stores the information for goods corresponding to the member shop ID information and transmits the received goods information to the home terminal through the home network. When the home terminal transmits the order information and the user ID information to the U-payment, the U-payment extracts address and payment information of the user from the user ID information, transmits the address and order information to the member shop server, and processes payment for the selected goods based on the payment information. |
