An asphalt based adhesive multilayer sheet, the manufacturing method thereof, and a waterproof construction method using the same are provided to have excellent high elastic restoring force and adhesive property, and to have an excellent waterproof effect by integrating in a triple laminate type. An asphalt based adhesive multilayer sheet comprises a first waterproof layer composed of non-woven fabrics impregnated with straight asphalt, blown asphalt or cut-back asphalt, a second waterproof layer composed of high viscosity asphalt adhesives obtained by melting, mixing and dispersing straight asphalt, hydrogen supplemented reformate, thermoplastic elastomer(TPE), ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) resins, filler(calcium carbonate) and a water-soluble polymer cross-linking agent, and a third waterproof layer composed of low viscosity asphalt adhesives obtained by stirring hydrogen supplemented reformate, EVA emulsion, crystalline clay mineral, an oil dispersing agent, straight asphalt, filler(calcium carbonate) and a water-soluble polymer cross-linking agent and cross-linking. |
