A panel for construction, and a construction apparatus and a construction method thereof are provided to shorten a period of construction and to reduce the cost of construction according to the construction of a panel, and to construct a panel more safely. A panel for construction used as interior, exterior materials for construction comprises a panel portion(110) formed by piling up a panel layer(111) formed in the shape of a plate to form outward appearance, an shock absorbing pad layer(112) fixed and attached to one side to prevent the fracture of the panel layer, and an insulating layer(113) fixed and attached to the shock absorbing pad layer to cut off indoor and outdoor heat, and a panel fixing portion(120) provided with a setting plane at one side to house the panel portion to be fixed and a fixing groove at the side.
