A maintenance working vessel of the aquatic structure is provided that the aquatic and underwater work of the marine structure corner can be performed at the same time. A maintenance working vessel of the aquatic structure comprises as follows. The twin worktable(100) is installed at the center of hull. The twin worktable is comprised of a sea level platform(110) installed at the top and bottom of the hull(400), and a submerged platform(120). The sea level platform and submerged platform are supported by a supporting part(130) installed on the top of hull.
