The bag (1) has a body that is in form of plastic sheet or plastic paper and including an upper opening (2) that is hermetic closed by an adhesive band or heat sealing, after introducing the food in the bag. An absorbing material body (3) e.g. porous polymer material rectangular band, is fixed at an end of interior edge or bottom of the bag. The body (3) absorbs the liquid which risks the flow of the sacked food in the bag.
