An optical detection device, an optical detection method, and a microflow system including the optical detection device are provided to detect the result of various kinds of reaction performed in the microflow apparatus within a short time. An optical detection device comprises one or more lighting emitting units(107,109,111) passing the light of set wavelength band, light receiving units(115,120,125) generating electric signal according to the intensity of incident light, a rotation driving unit rotating a disk-shaped microflow apparatus(150) including one or more detection chambers(165), and a processor(140) which measures the property of a sample placed in the detection chamber by using the electric signal generated from the light receiving units. The number of the light emitting units is equal to that of the light receiving units.
