A panel for construction, a construction apparatus and a construction method thereof are provided to shorten a period of construction and to reduce the cost of construction by completing the construction of a panel, thereby performing the interior and exterior works with one-time panel construction. A construction apparatus of a panel for construction comprises base members(210) for a floor and a ceiling provided to be fixed to a floor and a ceiling of a building structure, a pair of fixing bars(230,230') provided with a longitudinal connecting groove at one side to house each base member for a floor and a ceiling to be fixed to a wall, connecting bars(240,240') provided to be projected by being inserted and fixed to the connecting groove of the fixing bar respectively, and a panel connecting bar(250) provided to fix and connect a plurality of panels laminated on the top of the base member for a floor to partition off an indoor space according to installation.
