<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-forming roller apparatus designed to circularly form the sectional shape of noodles including Japanese vermicelli, iced noodles, Japanese noodles and Chinese noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle-forming roller apparatus is provided, being so designed as to form noodle ribbons prior to bridging, over two bars (14) in an 8-shaped manner, the noodle ribbons (N) drawn out of their reservoir tub. This apparatus, which is of disc shape, has semicircular recessed portions on the outer circumferential part, and ellipsoidal spacings (27) are furnished by mutually overlapping the semicircular recessed portions. This mechanism has a pair of disc-shaped forming rollers (21 and 22) functioning to form noodle ribbons so that their sections become ellipsoidal by drawing each of the noodle ribbons into the spacing to press it and driving mechanisms (23, 24 and 25) driving the pair of forming rollers (21 and 22). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
