<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document issuing system whose security is much higher. <P>SOLUTION: The document issuing system is provided with: a user operation terminal for transmitting a read electronic certificate and accepted application information to a mediation server, and for encrypting received hash data and transmitting it to the mediation server, and for reading recorded application acceptance information and transmitting it to the mediation server, and for recording document data received from the mediation server in a recording medium; and a mediation server for transmitting the electronic certificate and application information received from the user terminal to the document issuing server to make an inquiry about principal nature, and for generating hash data based on the application information and transmitting it to the user operation terminal, and for generating application acceptance information including the application information and the encrypted hash data received from the user terminal, and for confirming whether or not the electronic certificate is valid after the lapse of a preliminarily designated time, and for outputting the recording medium to be transmitted with the name and address of a user as destination, and for detecting the alteration of the application acceptance information based on the encrypted hash data, and for transmitting the document data to the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
