PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a document by a very simple means even in the case that the document is lost partially or entirely. SOLUTION: On reception of input of document identification information, a control part 14 reads out contents relating to the document from stored contents of an internal memory 28 on the basis of received document identification information and performs image formation of read-out contents relating to the document, whereby the entire document can be restored from only one piece of the document.
