The invention relates to an apparatus for filing perforated sheets of paper in a binder. Said apparatus comprises means to be movably attached to a receiving device, a loop-type stacking mechanism, a locking device that can be removably placed on the loops of the loop-type stacking mechanism, and means for movably connecting the loop-type stacking mechanism and the locking device. The aim of the invention is to be able to file, by means of suitable design measures, the latest documents of a file on the bottom of the stack in an apparatus for filing perforated sheets of paper with little effort, i.e. without having to flip over the entire stack of documents, and continue to be able to read the file from the top down, using official filing instructions. Said aim is achieved by laterally mounting the apparatus for filing perforated sheets of paper "upside down" in an articulated manner near the joint between the bottom cover and the top cover of the binder rather than, as usual, exclusively mounting the base plate of the apparatus and the stacking loops thereof in a rigid manner on the bottom of the binder. |
