The device has an outer ball segment shape cap (1) designed in a suitable manner for supporting a person. The cap is supported around two axes vertical to each other and tilted in a frame (4). The device has two drives (5,6) for moving the cap, a seat (24) with a seating and a backrest. Screens (16,17) are provided for visualization of simulation.
