<p>Previous on-screen average motion vector is used as a reference motion vector to search a motion vector for each block of current video frames. It is determined whether interpolation is valid or not using the obtained motion vector. When it is determined that interpolation is valid, an interpolation frame is generated between the current video frame and previous video frame using the obtained motion vector.</p>
