PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous resin composition that contains excellent adhesion to a polyolefin-based resin and solvent resistance and contains a polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion. SOLUTION: The aqueous resin composition is obtained by comprising 100 pts.wt. of a solid content of a polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion (A); 5-150 pts.wt. of a solid content of a polyolefin aqueous dispersion (B); and 2-50 pts.wt. of a solid content of a water-soluble epoxy resin.
