A hot and cold water mixing tap equipping the cartridge is provided that the manufacturing cost and number of component can be decreased. A hot and cold water mixing tap equipping the cartridge comprises a main body(10) composed of loading space part(11), and top and bottom water exits(12,13) and cold and hot water inlet port, and a cartridge (C) which is connected to the tap lever and is arranged in the loading space part. The cartridge includes a base plate(20) in which hydraulics(21,22) danced with and out and right and left inlet holes(23,24) are formed, and which is arranged in the floor side of the loading space part, a support plate(30) in which number and right and left correspondence inlet hole danced with and out correspondence are formed, and contacting to the base plate upper side, a diverter(40) arranged in the support plate upper side.
