PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable advanced display than ever before using a still image, when displaying with walk-through effect as if walking in the image. SOLUTION: An information processing method is applied to the case of displaying a pseudo three-dimensional image based on a plurality of still images in which a plurality of points in the real space are photographed. For each input still image, a dissipation point is set. By means of a section obtained by referring to the above dissipation point, separation into ground, side face and background is made. The ground, an object on the side face and the background in each separated still image are disposed to correspond to the real space. Further, a view position and a direction of the image to be displayed are set. When the disposed ground, the object and the background exist in such the set view position and the direction, image composition processing is performed to compose the image having the respective corresponding dispositions. When the view direction is changed, if the ground, the object and the background of another image disposed in the changed direction exist, a change is made to compose an image using the other still image.
