PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable synthetic equivalent resistance characteristics and synthetic equivalent capacitance characteristics even if the characteristics of a transistor for oscillator vary. SOLUTION: A transistor piezoelectric oscillator 1 composes a Colpitts oscillation circuit. A series circuit of capacitors C1, C2, serving as one portion of load capacity, is connected between the base of a transistor TR1 for oscillation and the ground (GND). A series circuit of resistors R2, R3, serving as emitter resistance, is connected between the emitter and ground of the transistor TR1 for oscillation; and the connection middle point of the series circuit of the capacitors C1, C2 is connected to the connection middle point of the series circuit of the resistors R2, R3.
