PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a case body for electronic equipment for efficiently radiating generated heat from an apparatus and an electronic component while measures against faults and noise are taken for the periphery of the case body, as the case body for the electronic equipment loaded with an electronic apparatus and the electronic component. SOLUTION: The case body 10 for the electronic device comprises an electronic device case body main body 11 with the electronic device mounted therein, and a door body 13A provided with a freely openable and closable opening 11a provided on at least one of the side face and front surface of the electronic device case body main body 11. The electronic device case body main body 11 is provided with an exhaust 12 for discharging heat absorbed air b2 for which the generated heat from the electronic device is absorbed to the outside, the door body 13A has through-hole groups 14a and 14b provided on a front surface 13Aa and a back surface 13Ab and a cavity part k provided between the front surface 13Aa and the back surface 13Ab, and the cavity part k is provided with a means 14A for suppressing the leakage of radio waves or the like, which suppresses the leakage of radio waves generated from the electronic device. The means 14A for suppressing the leakage of the radio waves or the like is provided with a sound wave absorbing body 17 for suppressing the leakage of sound waves generated from the electronic device.
