PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device achieving higher efficiency in operation for moving a stage or an objective, a microscope and a stage device. SOLUTION: The operation device includes: a rotating operation means 9 for moving the stage 3 or the objective 4; a switching means 11 for switching and setting the moving amount of the stage 3 or the objective 4 per one rotation of the rotating operation means 9; a detection means 12 for detecting the set state of the switching means 11; a control means 13 for deciding rotational torque of the rotating operation means 9 in accordance with the set state of the switching means 11 detected by the detection means 12; and a torque adjusting means 14 for adjusting the rotational torque of the rotating operation means 9 on the basis of the rotational torque decided by the control means 13.
