PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform elevating operation even if an elevating frame is lifted by one hand. SOLUTION: This elevating frame apparatus includes: a rectangular elevating frame 3 composed of longitudinal frames 15, 17 and lateral frames 19, 21 and fitted to vertical right and left guide frames 23, 25; a load balance mechanism installed between one longitudinal frame 17 side of the elevating frame 3 and the guide frame 25 and adapted to generate load against the weight of the elevating frame 3 side and strike a balance; and rollers 9, 11 provided on the lower part of one longitudinal frame 17 side of the elevating frame 3 and on the upper part of the other longitudinal frame 15 side thereof to roll along the guide frame 3.
