PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide products having decorated apertures (holes) with marvelous or unique properties. SOLUTION: A method includes formation of the decorated apertures (holes) by hitting a bullet or explosion fragment against a processed object formed of an organic, inorganic, metal or natural material. An apparatus for forming the decorated apertures (holes) includes bullet shooting means, means for holding the processed object, and bullet capturing means which captures the bullet shot, which are sequentially installed from the right side, or includes sequential detonating means at the center and the holding means for the processed object around the detonating means, and an explosion fragment capturing wall around the holding means, and a protecting wall on the outermost side.
